Being an expert in business administration, leadership, international management, and security, John has collective experience working in facilities management, security, and service sectors spanning the UK, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. He is a proven executive leader with extensive experience driving a multi-million-pound business to achieve new levels of profitability, performance, and industrial standing. John’s substantive moral and ethical values are accompanied by a high level of cultural education. An optimistic leader who drives analytical managers to become creative through the spirit of motivation, empowerment, and innovation.

Alan Carmichael

Responsible for the formation development, planning strategy, policymaking, marketing, and training content, Alan has nine years of immediate experience as COO within first the Facilities Management division of the group and latterly Al Jassra Security Services. Alan has over 32 years of military experience in personnel, Facilities Management, equipment, and logistics management.
As COO, Alan scoped, designed, and delivered the business formation and strategy development for the unique FM/Special Security services company we have today. Alan Carmichael is directly involved in preparing policy, project management, marketing, training course content, and recruiting consultants and in-country managers for service delivery. He conducts face-to-face negotiations with international partners and clients involving business development and contracts.
Alan has a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and management ethics, with vast Middle Eastern cultural experience, and is a colloquial Arabic speaker. He is passionate about supporting employee’s welfare and furthering their personal development for the common good.
